FREE Community Health Fair
Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 11 am to 4 pm at 147 Lake Street.America’s Health Centers, “Turning the Vision into Reality”. In the world of Health Centers no statement could hit a truer mark than the reality of our new Health Center. In recognition of National Health Center week we will be sponsoring a comprehensive Community Health Fair on The resources and talent from throughout our multi-disciplinary organization and other community partners will collaborate to welcome and introduce folks to our Health Center. FREE health screenings will be conducted as well as educational booths and materials on the wonderful array of services available. There will be food, games, live music, bouncy things for the kids, give-a-ways, back to school incentives, our car seat program and much, much more. In addition to our valued staff; volunteers are needed. This is a qualifying event for community service hours for volunteers 14 and older.
