Ken is Director of External Affairs.  He joined the staff of the Family Health Center after a thirty year career in state, federal and local government involving political and policy development, lobbying and advocacy,  He has a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, and has pursued studies in a Masters in Public Administration program at The University at Albany.
