· 99% of the Health Center’s female patients seen in our OB/GYN Department have received at least 1 Pap smear every three years. The national average is 65%.
· 100% of the Health Center’s adult Asthmatic patients are on preferred therapies. The national average is 84%.
· 73% of the Health Center’s adult patients with a confirmed diagnosis of HNT, have a Blood Pressure within therapeutic range of <140/80. The national average is 53%.
· 80% of the Health Center’s Adolescents have a Well Child Visit annually. The national average is 44%.
· 86% of children at the Health Center with diagnosis of ADHD engage in recommended follow up care. The national average is 39%.
